  I've never visited a jail before but I know that The workers there are nicer but the phone service is absolutely bulls@!$ they don't help you with anything or give you any information about what you need to do and to prepare before going inside. I was turned away and wasn't allowed to visit because I wasn't informed about the strict dress code and because the lady on the line failed to mention that all visitors must be booked if they want in. I think they should at least be nice about it and be able to inform visitors about what they need to do.

  On the first visit the front gate guards were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction as it was out first time to a larger scale prison.

  The guards upon arrival were very patient with my mother during the screening process as it would of been frustrating for them because she is hard of hearing so they were always repeating themselves but they did everything they could to make it an easy process. The only problem that I've had is the booking process over the phone, it does take a long time to speak to someone and it seems that you are on hold a very long time.

  Hahahha cant believe theres reviews for prison .. the stay was long but i swear i didnt do it
